*** IMPORTANT MESSAGE. PLEASE READ ***
Because the sensor inside every individual iPhone/iPod touch could be built slightly differently, to make the level more accurate for your device, you need to calibrate before use.

To calibrate:
1. Find a flat surface.
2. Hold your device upright (in portrait mode and home button at the bottom), put the bottom edge of the device on the flat surface, then press Calibrate button (the one with a target image on it) to calibrate the portrait mode.
3. Turn your device 90 degree clockwise (now it should be in landscape mode and home button on the left hand side), again keep it upright, and put the current bottom edge (long edge) on the flat surface, then press Calibrate button to calibrate the landscape mode.
4. Put the back of the device against the surface, then press Calibration button to calibrate the face-up mode
5. You are ready to go!

Had to find a 2% slope during an estimate and nailed it perfectly, didnt have to go to my truck to pull out strings levels or scopes.... Very handy quick tool ! Good job Yes and it was accurate.

This is really handy when there is no level around- easy to use

Remove the wood background. Have used this many times in just a couple weeks. Works great for levelling washers/Dryers and hanging pictures

This is a handy tool to have. Have used this many times and when checked against a physical level, it seems to be just as accurate!

I give this app a five star, Great for small jobs,and it is with you most of time

So handy to have a level always on hand! ....and contrary to someone elses comment; I like the wood grain. Techno retro.

Some bad moments

This app works fine on my iPad, but the level does not rotate horizontally on my iPhone.

Way off. I installed three shelves, It looks fine when youre half a foot away, but its completely off. Borrowed an actual level and yes, way off. Dont use this app.

In order to use this app accurately you need to calibrate it. You need a level to calibrate it. If I had a level I wouldnt need this app. Scary how people think this is useful when they are without a level.

Tried to use it to straighten some pictures on my wall, when the bobble was centered, the picture looked way out of level.

I used this to level my stove and then double checked with a real tool- was pretty off!
